Advice for Boards, Executives and Directors

Plans,
without the noise.

PLNS Partners supports boards, CEOs and CFOs with strategic and financial planning, investor relations and the transition to a next stage of growth, with the calm and overview of thirty years in the boardroom.

01 Positioning

The name is the program

PLNS is "plans" without the vowels, a nod to what remains once unnecessary complexity is stripped away. That's also how we work: a strategy, a capital markets story, or a CFO transition, reduced to its core, without the noise.

No agency with layers between advice and execution. One point of contact, straight to the table, with thirty years of boardroom experience and a role as sparring partner for CEO and CFO. For larger engagements, a network of experienced professionals and specialists is brought in, without the point of contact changing.

We think independently and speak up where needed. Personally involved, yet with enough distance to stay sharp.

Success = R/E > 1 results beyond expectations

A plan without a result is a gamble.

A good plan that is embraced creates value.
